We want you to be completely satisfied with your La Maison Talulah garment and have implemented a streamlined returns system to make it easier to return, exchange, or receive a credit for your item. Please remember all returns need to be in new condition, with the original packaging and swing tags.

If a full price item is unsuitable, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange to find the right size, colour, or style for you.
La Maison Talulah offers store credit only for discounted or sale merchandise up to 50% off.
Products discounted more than 50% are marked final clearance and are not able to be returned.
The shipping cost to return an order is payable by the customer.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order being shipped from the warehouse. Please contact customer support if your parcel was significantly delayed and extension is needed.
Returned merchandise must have all tags attached. Merchandise that is not in original condition may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved
Once returned items have been received at our warehouse your store credit/refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Retain proof of purchase until refund confirmed and processed.

Once an order has been placed, it may only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed by the warehouse. Please contact customer support on eboutique@talulah.com.au
In the unlikely instance you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a full refund, or a replacement item, provided stock is available.
La Maison Talulah requires the piece to be returned in order to issue a replacement or refund. These terms do not cover general wear and tear. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please get in touch at eboutique@talulah.com.au.
